Job Description:
Clermont County Child Support Enforcement is seeking a full-time Attorney. The Attorney will prepare and present cases for Court which include establishment and enforcement of support orders, including medical support, and prepare and present cases on objections to Magistrate’s decisions, contempt, sentencings, and reviews on child support. The Attorney provides legal advice to staff and conducts legal research on child support matters.
Qualifications:
Admission to the Ohio Bar is required. Must have knowledge of and/or experience in administrative and quasi-judicial hearings, preparation of complex legal documents, research techniques, and social welfare issues.
